Emily is an amazing momma to her dog Zen, and equally loving to all animals she comes in contact with. I have known her to live with: pigs, goats, chickens, ducks, dogs and cats and never seen her unwilling to help any animal. She's a true animal lover at heart. Before really meeting her, I saw a sticker on the back of her car that says, "My pitbull is family" and this really stood out to me as unique before getting to know her. She truly stands up against the stereotype that pits are bad dogs, and her well trained male pit mix is proof of the love and nurturing those dogs can give and receive.
