Hi, my name is Emily! I am a former veterinary technician with over 10 years experience working with dogs and cats. My experience includes working in general veterinary medicine, intensive care, and ophthalmology. I now work as a Registered Nurse, but found that I do miss seeing my furry friends on a regular basis. I am able to walk, feed, admister medication(including insulin), and play with your beloved pet. I can also care for kitties. I do work 3 12 hour shifts per week as a nurse, and I am not available during work hours. As for my own furry friends, I have a kitty named Eleanor. She is playful, young, and brings humor to each day. I hope to meet you and your pet soon!

Emily worked with dogs and cats when she was a vet tech. She had many pet sitting jobs and enjoyed them very much. She had people who she pet sat for on a regular basis. She has always loved animals. She is also very dependable.
I’ve known Emily for 5 years and she has been such a big help with my beagles. Emily used to look after Buster the beagle at the eye vet clinic and she now watches Bonny Roo when I run errands in town. She is so good with cats and dogs and I trust her completely with my pets. She has knowledge, kindness and a love for animals which is a rare combination. She also understands that my dog is my world, and is a rescue, so she has special needs that Emily is always so nice to accommodate. In fact, I just say Emilys name to my dog and Bonny gets all wiggly and excited, lol! :) I highly recommend her!
I worked with Emily at a specialty veterinary hospital for many years. Some of her duties included receiving patients, performing tests, admitting, inducing patients for surgery, maintaining patients under anesthesia and recovering patients. Emily was a very warm, reliable employee dedicated to her patients and their owners. I wouldn’t hesitate having her care for my own pets if I were away.
