I’ve loved animals all my life and studied Zoology at The University of Bristol. I grew up with 2 dogs that I was responsible for walking daily and I used to volunteer at a dog rescue called Helping Hands for Hounds in Honduras washing, walking and caring for dogs. I’ve looked after both cats and dogs who have needed medication. I used to be a nanny for a 1 year old baby boy from 9-5 while his parents were at work, so I’m used to the responsibility. In Bristol, I lived with my friend and her dog, Rebel, for 2 years, after which she dropped him off for overnight care whenever she went away for the weekend. They’ve since left Bristol and not having Rebel with me wanting to look after dogs to fill that space he left. I work a hybrid role so I’m able to stay home whenever I want to give the dog plenty of company and cuddles. My office is also very welcoming of any doggy visitors if your dog would be comfortable doing so. I live right next to Cotham Gardens and a short walk from Redland Green or St Andrews park so there’s plenty of spaces to go for walks.
