I have worked with Rover for a very long time both on the dog sitter and and the client end. I know what it’s like to stay at peoples houses for weeks at a time and I care for animals very well and very deeply. My reviews show it. I did a very thorough meet and greet with Emily so that she could understand exactly what her stay would entail. I went to Europe for three weeks investing in a once in a lifetime trip. It was at the very least stressfully interrupted by things going on with my dogs at home that should never have happened in the first place. Emily boarded my dogs on my dime using my passes at camp Bow Wow without my permission while she was out running errands so basically I was paying her to watch my dogs and she was having them boarded, which I was also paying for. my dog ended up getting hurt while he was there and I got a phone call in the middle of the night in Europe, which is the only way I would have found out about it in the first place. She seemed so nonchalant about it like she deserved to drop them off there. She never even really apologize. She was pretty much only sorry that she got caught. I ended up having to pay other people to come help as she threatened to leave while we were overseas and I didn’t know what to do. She presents herself quite well and we fell for it. She is all about the money and does not care about your animals. we arrived home at midnight after long traveling and Jetlag to a flooded bathroom on Easter and had to have emergency plumbing come, which was a very pretty penny. They claimed that tampons and “other things were flushed down the toilet that should not have been. All in all this was the worst situation I have ever had and I have used Rover a lot. I probably won’t ever use it again, and I will just word-of-mouth people that I trust

My pups were very happy with Emily! One even had an existing medical issue and could not be left alone, and Emily just said show her what to do and she was good to go. Thank you, Emily!
