Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Emily. I work in Cranbury Monday through Friday, and I live in Plainsboro. I am available for home stays, drop-ins, and walking in Monroe, Cranbury, Hightstown, Plainsboro, Monmouth Junction, and East Windsor. I love all animals and am comfortable walking both young and older dogs. Regarding the latter, I gained extensive experience sitting/caring for my parents' dog, who lived to be 17. The experience I had with her has made me a responsive and patient sitter. I am also comfortable with cats. I have been working with Rover since Fall 2018. Emily took such great care of our dogs!! She was great sending us pics the whole weekend!!!
Emily was very responsive and responsible. Emily did a drop in visit for our dog Hudson, gave him his dinner and took him for a walk. She sent us great pics of their time together! We knew Hudson was in great hands and we were able to enjoy our evening!
I think my Kitty loves Emily more than she loves me! Emily really won my shy kitty over—Kitty came out to visit every time Emily came over. Kitty never approaches people she doesn’t know. I thought Emily might never set eyes on her. But they were great friends! I was very comfortable knowing Emily was caring for Kitty. I will definitely hire her again!
Emily went beyond the call of duty when our cat (an inside cat) seemingly disappeared for a few days, making extra visits until she finally sighted the cat, who apparently had just been chillin' somewhere and was fine. In fact, after that, the cat, usually afraid of strangers, seemed to come out of hiding whenever she heard Emily arrive.

A typical day
One example is if a dog is high-energy, I like to take them for longer walks, as it is good exercise for them and they also get a chance to burn off some of their energy so they don’t go stir-crazy while back at home.

Occasionally, I am available during the week for lunchtime and evening walks/drop-ins. I am generally more available during the weekends for house-sitting, walks, and drop-ins.
