Enough space for zoomies & snooze
Pet care experience
From big to little zoomies, I've got it covered! I have lifelong hands-on experience with many dog breeds, from high-energy working breeds to small lapdogs (also those big fellas who think they are lapdogs). My home provides plenty of indoor and fenced-in outdoor space that will provide a safe and enjoyable stay for your furry family member. While inside, your furry friend can access the large living spaces and our at-home office, and with complete control over my schedule, you can rest assured that your loved companion will have our full attention. For those who get a little rambunctious, our neighborhood provides lots of safe and low-traffic walking areas for energy-during outings. - I have worked with dogs that have social weariness - I have experience with dog adverse dogs - I have experience with male adverse dogs - I have experience with high attention/energy/activity seeking dogs ***Please note: We do have two cats living in our home. There are plenty of getaway spaces for our little fluffs, but we ask that your furry friend be familiar with cats. Both cats are familiar with dogs, so they know what to expect.***
Reviews
Emily has done several overnight stays for me and has been great. She follows our rules/guidelines and the dogs have been happy upon return. Highly recommend
I Highly recommend Emily and her husband. I have a senior dog and I haven't boarded him in several years. At our initial meeting I felt such a good vibe and they were super nice. They took amazing care of him. The pictures and updates daily gave me peace knowing he was having fun enjoying their yard and loving his naps in front of the fireplace. He took a real liking to them. I could tell he was very comfortable and happy there when I picked him up. I will definitely use them again.

Outdoor spaces: - I have a fully fenced yard, great for lying in the morning sun and playing some evening fetch. - Our yard has lots of green grass and a cozy tree and is mostly free of those annoying potted plants that get in the way of zoomies (The few plants we have are dog-safe). - Access to freshwater - I often work in direct view of our sliding glass door, allowing for constant outdoor access to those pups with smaller bladders. - I live in a quiet neighborhood nicely tucked away from the main streets, allowing for safe and relaxing walks. ***Please note: I live close enough to Six Flags to hear the fireworks, but I have experience with sound-adverse dogs.*** Indoor spaces: - My home has large open living spaces great for lounging but prepared for bursts of excitement (Yes, that includes giant breeds. We have enough space for that big tail to spin in circles ten times.) - The main living spaces have carpet, but the kitchen/dining room has linoleum. We have an on-site carpet cleaner with a pet-safe cleaner for accidents (every pup has a bad day). - All breakable, chewable, not for consumption, or otherwise personal items are out of access (even from the big guys). - Our main at-home office is dog-friendly. Rest assured that all cords and cables are tucked away, and there is plenty of space for chilling where the people go to make the cash for more treats. I also work from just about any room in the house. - The kitchen has high countertops and lots of space to watch meal prep (this is where our two big guys would hang out when they got older and couldn't adventure as well). - The backyard access is a glass sliding door with a large space to lie inside and watch the city wildlife (this door can be covered in case the squirrels get too distracting). - The main bedroom is large enough if your furry friend prefers to sleep close by. This room also has quick access to the backyard for those pups with smaller bladders. ***Please note: We do have two cats living in our home. I own my own work from home business, and I have a full flexibility with my schedule. This makes me a great fit for pups that may need a little extra attention.
