Pet care experience
Growing up around animals has always been an influential part of my life. I moved to the east coast from California December 2020 and want to continue my work around animals. Not only have we always had all kinds of pets- from dogs and snakes to horses and black widows- but I have worked as a baby/ pet photographer since 2016. I also grew up at/worked on a farm in which I took care of all different animals. I fostered kittens, baby bunnies, goats, pigs, birds (etc) who were born there and unable to be taken care of by their mother. I also fostered for the Los Angeles animal shelters for 6 years. This experience has allowed me to learn how to care for animals of all ages and all needs- bottle babies to mature adults. I fall in love with every animal I meet and can't wait to meet yours!

I think this is our 4th (maybe even 5th, I’ve lost count!) time having Emily take care of our cat, Kovu. She truly is THE BEST. Kovu has a lot of anxiety and doesn’t open up easily to strangers but he has clearly come to love Emily so much. Emily takes such great care of him, making sure he’s fed and has clean water and litter. She ensures he gets his daily play time in and sends the best picture updates too! We love knowing Kovu is in great hands while we’re away, thank you Emily! 🐈⬛💜
Emily is amazing. Knowing that she was checking in on my sweet boy almost every day made it so much easier to be away. I cannot recommend her enough. She is the best!!

Emily did such a great job caring for my cats and one that has diabetes and requires insulin. Very communicative!

I'd like to know the training & commands your family uses to keep up with what he/she knows and prevent confusion. I do not have any breed preferences- I have experience with pretty much all big or small.
A typical day
Depending on your pets preferences we can hang out inside or outside to play, eat, potty etc. Let me know if you need anything else taken care of like taking in the mail or watering plants!

My schedule has recently opened up mid day time slots! Early morning or late night visits are not a problem. Please let me know if you if your pet is on a strict schedule for any medications.
