Anything you need - from feeding to playing to walking to cuddling, I will provide reliable and personalized pet care to make you feel comfortable knowing your pet is being taken great care of while you’re away. I understand how hectic life can get. We all love our pets, but sometimes giving them the proper attention and exercise isn't easy. That’s where I come in! I adore dogs of all personalities and temperaments - and meeting new or familiar pets is my way of decompressing. I have experience with puppies with heaps of energy, large & small dogs with food or toy aggression, and pups who get stressed / anxious when their owners are away. Whether your dog needs exercise, leash training, or just a little bit of extra love, I am here to help! While I am not a full time pet sitter and any pets with severe behavioral issues may require a certified pet professional, I see being only a part time pet sitter largely as a benefit! My circumstances allow me extreme flexibility. I will accommodate most last minute cancellations with full refund (as long as I haven’t traveled to your house) or booking requests (as long as my calendar is open). I never want a pet owner to feel bad for schedule changes and I don’t rely on the income from Rover. Just communicate with me and we can make sure we’re on the same page 🙂 My full time job offers 5 weeks of PTO so I am always prepared to cover any emergency situations that would require unexpected attention during or after a booking. Having your pets’ well-being in my hands is a responsibility I will treat with the utmost professionalism, as I would expect anyone to do with my pets! Additionally, I have two back up Rover sitters, one friend and one family member, who have agreed to cover for me in the unlikely scenario that an emergency arises on my end. DETAILS BY SERVICE – DOGS HOUSE SITTING: my offering includes 3-4 drop ins per 24 hour period, each 30-60 min long, including walks and any other daily home care (watering plants, collecting mail, etc.), depending on your needs. I will not plan to stay at your home overnight unless we agree prior, but in the rare event there is a problem while you are away and it is best for your pet to have someone in the home overnight, I will always rearrange my schedule to do what is needed for your pet(s). I only offer my house sitting service within an 8 mile radius of my home to maintain a feasible schedule with my own pets and work. We can work together to establish specific times and a routine to fit your dog’s ideal schedule. After the meet & greet, I will send you a spreadsheet with times for each visit for feedback and agreement. I can offer more frequent / longer visits or full-time house sitting upon request, but it would come at an additional cost. I can stay overnight for up to 3 night stays if needed, but try not to be away from all my animals overnight for longer. Thanks for understanding! ------------------------------------------------------ DROP INS: The drop in itinerary will be completely customized to your needs, as long as it can be accomplished in 30 or 60 minutes. No detail is too small or request too unusual when it comes to our furry friends! As an example, my standard schedule for a 30 min drop in would be - greet the pups - bring them outside for about 10-15 min in a yard or on a leash to potty & play - go inside to fill their water, feed or give treats, play and cuddles for 10-15 min - head outside for a final potty break ------------------------------------------------------ WALKS: a 30 or 60 minute walk will start once I enter the house and end before leaving your house. I’m happy to fill water bowls, get your pup prepared for his or her walk, give treats afterwards and crate them if necessary. However, if this were all on top of 30 minutes walking, it could make me late to my next commitment. If your dog requires a full 30 or 60 minute walk in addition to other care items, please just let me know up front and we can figure out a plan! Weather: In the case of inclement weather on a day you have a walk scheduled with me, we will discuss the safest way to proceed - whether that means converting to a drop in with a potty break and the rest of the visit inside playing / getting pets OR proceeding with the walk in propper gear. We will find a solution we’re all happy with! Transport: As much as I would love to, I don’t offer a service to drive dogs to and from a walk destination because it requires specific insurance coverage.
