I was nervous about someone coming into my home without me being here. I've only ever used Rover to drop off for in person home stays but Emily completely put my mind at ease. I consider my dog to be my kid and she sent me pictures, communicated with me so so so well while I was on my trip to the point where I wasn't at all concerned that my dog/kid was being well taken care of! I will definitely use Email again!
Emily has taken care of my puppy like her own-she's knowledgeable, attentive, and caring and is always available when I have questions, need an update, etc. I've seen her with many dogs through her work and she treats them individually with love and respect!
Emily contacted me about 4 hours before our appointment that she was ill. We had to change our plans and skip the group dinner as we could not find another sitter on short notice.
Emily sat my house and 3 large dogs so I could fly back home and visit family and friends. I knew that they would be safe with her and that if anything happened she would be the best person to know what to do because of her extensive experience working in the dog rescue business. She even cleaned my yard. I highly recommend her services.

Being left at home is just as stressful on your dog as it is you and I want to be sure I have the knowledge to keep them feeling happy. Of course I also want to know the routine-the food, the meds, the walking route, and the friends and the foes.
