Pet care experience
I have owned and cared for dogs of all shapes, sizes, and ages for the last 20 years! I have basic training certification, having worked with both puppies and senior dogs. I love to spend time outside, and am open to all forms of care for your pet including training, bathing, long exercise sessions, and playtime!

Emily is wonderful!! She is a very attentive, organized, responsible, and caring person. She absolutely loves dogs and pets. She’s also very outdoorsy, and knows great trails and parks for dog walks in the Boston area. Emily would be an excellent caregiver for your pup!
I don’t know if I have a friend who loves dogs more than Emily. We quickly bonded when we were younger over our love for Portuguese Water Dogs, as we both had one growing up. Emily is a huge animal-lover, is incredibly kind, loving and responsible. Not only would I trust her with my dog, but I’d probably trust her with my life too (not kidding!) I can’t think of a better person to take care of the pet in your life :)

I don't have any preferences in terms of breeds, and love to have discussions before so that I can openly accommodate any needs or special quirks about your dog! Any behavioral notes, relationships with other dogs, triggers, or even things that make your dog extremely happy or excited would be great to know about!
A typical day
I love to ensure that, if fit for your pets needs, we are constantly exploring new smells, places, and walking paths! I love to hike with canine companions, whether that be outside the city or to Fresh Pond in Cambridge. I love doing laps around the Charles River and finding reservoirs around Boston to explore (particularly if your dog is comfortable in the car!)
