When I was in high school, my family rescued a large black lab with lots of energy and one of my favorite things to do with him was take him for runs in the mornings. He was such a trooper and would go the whole 5 miles with me! Now, in a home of my own, I have recently adopted a golden retriever puppy (Archie) and am enjoying spending my time training him in hopes that he will be able to join me in these same activities when he is grown and capable. As a first time puppy owner, I have been passionate about using quality training resources and researching best practices so that I can apply them while working with my little guy (and hopefully yours too)!
