I grew up with many different animals for example dogs, cats, hamster, lizards, birds and horses. I was able to train my dog to do basic commands when I was eight years old. I’ve been dog sitting for my friends and family for the last four years. I have taken care of dogs that have been abused before. I take my time to know and understand dogs. I have volunteered at the animal shelter in Frederick. I’m dependable, loyal and caring. Three years I was going to work with my mom we came upon a lost dog in the middle of the road that wasn’t wearing a collar and managed to get the dog in the car and took him to the animal shelter to see if the dog had a chip. The dog had a chip. The animal shelter gave us two options to leave the dog there or to take the dog with us and contact the own to let her know we had their dog. We took the dog with us and contacted the owner and gave the owner are address so that they could pick up their dog. It all worked out in the end; they were reunited.
