Our new house is conveniently located in Fishtown, and is perfect for providing the close personal attention your dog needs in a temporary home, as well as easy access to dog trails and parks. Before moving away for college 8 years ago, I had never lived without at least one dog in the house, but because of my busy college schedule I opted to forgo getting one of my own and instead volunteered at Animal Haven shelter in SoHo and watched my friends' dogs whenever they needed the help. I've never met a pup big or small that I didn't immediately fall in love with, and I adore providing this active dog-watching service for those who care deeply but can't always be there for their furry friends.
