We have had more than a few house/pet sitters (not from Rover) that have made us a little skittish about leaving our pets for any length of time. We thought we'd give Emily a try and are we glad we did! Emily was prompt (actually a couple minutes early) for our "meet and greet", is INCREDIBLY personable and immediately put us at ease when introduced to our dogs. They took to her immediately. We discussed what we needed done and she took notes, took some photos of a couple of things and asked questions to clarify one or two items. Emily came in the evening prior, again, five minutes early (promptness is GREAT!!), to pick up the house key and make sure we were all up to date on everything. While we were gone, Emily sent us some photos and updates to ensure us the dogs were fine (although she said they missed us.....). When we returned, she was here to meet us, let us know that all was good. The house was clean, the puppies were HAPPY, so it was a fantastic experience for us. We found a very nice note from Emily thanking us for the opportunity to take care of our home and puppies, saying she would be happy to come back again. I would fully endorse Emily to take care of anyone's home and or pets. She is the real deal. Thank you, Emily!!
