Pet care experience
**BOOKING FOR VISITS STARTING JUNE 1, 2023** While you’re working during the day, there should be a way to provide your pet with the stimulation and exercise they need while you’re away; a potty break and walk around the block aren’t cutting it. Hi, my name is Emily. My aim to is help better the overall health of your pet with daily exercise meant to improve their physical fitness and provide opportunities for them to use their minds. My service is unique as I will offer the use of a dogPACER treadmill, so your pet gets consistent exercise no matter the weather, in the comfort of your own home. Over the last decade I have worked as a veterinarian assistant, obtained advanced obedience titles with my dog Dezzy (Begleithund Certification, AKC Advanced Trick Dog Title), and have a personal passion for canine/feline nutrition. I earned my Zoology degree from the University of Montana Honors College, and have completed the Hill’s nutrition course. I am looking to book clients for 30-minute sessions between 11am-3pm for Mon/Wed/Fri sessions and 11-2pm Tue/Thur sessions. First meeting will be outside the home with the pet for introductions and to go over history, goals, and expectations. Second visit will be in the home to help your pet become familiar with myself, and to review current diet, exercise regimen and routines. We will also help you pet become familiar with the dogPACER treadmill using positive reinforcement. From then on, daily visits will be 30 min long and be customized for your pet's fitness and training goals. I am able to provide feeding suggestions and can help achieve any weight loss/gain goals suggested by their veterinarian.
Reviews
I had spent a few weeks searching for a doggy daycare facility in Fayetteville but was dismayed at the reviews I found online about them. So I fell back to looming here on Rover. I'm pleased that I did. The rates varied on the site for doggy daycare a bit in comparison to corporate locations. Yet there is a reason for that. All of which was Emily has embodied. I never asked her to but she sent photos and updates daily while I was in class after I dropped my puppy off with her in the mornings. She spent time with him indoors and outside, she even reinforced the skills he had learned already and worked with him on new skills. Every evening I would pick him up and head home, he would eat and promptly fall asleep. She kept him active and happy and every morning he would go inside her home tail wagging and looking around her home. I knew she would be a good fit for him when I dropped him off because Argos wasn't shy upon arrival. He didn't stay next to me as normal, he was welcomed in her home and he explored it diligently. If ever I need a sitter in a pinch I would happily contact her again and recommend you do the same.
Emily did an awesome job taking care of my dogs! She gave me constant updates and left me feeling confident that they were in good hands! They also came back really calm and worn out which was an awesome sign that they had been able to get lots of exercise and play time!
Emily did an absolutely excellent job with Sadie. She sent tons of updates with pictures! I would highly recommend her!
We've hired Emily multiple times and every time was a great experience. She has been essential in the adjustment of our new puppy into our home. She not only took great care of our dog, but is very knowledgable and helped with training. She is professional, prompt and provides excellent updates. We highly recommend Emily and will continue to trust her with our pup!

Safety, trust & environment
When conducting drop-in visits, my goal is to respect your home and privacy, as well as any security precautions already in place, such as alarm systems or locks. By creating a routine for my visits, this helps ensure everyone's safety and helps these visits become a part of your pet's daily schedule. There's nothing that brings a bigger smile to my face than seeing a wagging tail welcome me as a friend and training partner in your home.

Physical fitness has always been a personal passion of mine, so our girl Dezzy goes on base runs and rucks with me multiple times a week. Ensuring your pet gets regular exercise will become part of my daily routine, and hopefully it becomes the building blocks of theirs too.
