Pet care experience
My name is Emily and I live in south Austin with my husband Christian, 2 small kiddos (ages 2 & 4) and our small jack russell/border terrier mix named Franklin. We both grew up with dogs and are crazy dog lovers. We have always gladly taken care of our friends' dogs while they were on vacation. We have a house with a huge tree-filled yard and love hosting dogs while their owners are out of town! We use Rover for our furbaby Franklin and really appreciate being able to leave him with a loving family instead of at the boarder. We also live within walking distance of Mary Moore Searight Park and walk there often with our dog. We are happy to make your dog feel loved and comfortable while you are away!

Emily was absolutely fantastic! She was super accommodating with a last minute request, made drop-off and pickup very comfortable, and sent photo updates all throughout Oliver’s stay. You can tell right away Emily and her family are genuinely warm and welcoming people and someone you can truly trust to take good care of your doggy companion. I am fortunate that I was able to leave Oliver in her hands while I was out of town. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and hope to book Emily again in the future :)
Emily watched my pup last week and I have already booked another stay with her! She clearly loves dogs and was so thoughtful throughout the entire stay, sending me tons of pictures and keeping me posted on how things are going. Working with Emily was a great experience - if I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
Emily was awesome. Constantly updating us with pictures (which we love), and also seemed to make our dog feel very much at home. Her dog got along great with our little Pomeranian and tired him out for days to come which also helps us out some (he's high energy). They're very friendly people and seem to really love dogs! Would repeat once we make sure our dogs fully house trained (he had some accidents at Emily's house).
Emily took care of my Snowball for a few days while I was on a work trip. She were awesome with Snowball! Emily sent me pictures of Snowball and I was never worried about her. I would contact Emily again when I need a sitter.

We have a large fenced in backyard where your pup can play with our dog Franklin (20lbs) and hang out with the family! Our kiddos are little but know how to be gentle with a dog. We can only accept small dogs that are not aggressive.

I work from home most days, and am able to help doggies not feel alone, and take frequent potty breaks. Kiddos are in daycare during week but home nights and weekends, and are very gentle and sweet with pups.
