A dogs best friend <3
Pet care experience
I currently own 2 Cavapoochons: one 2 year old and one 4 month old puppy. I also owned a West Highland Terrier who sadly passed away early last year. My family home has had a dog in the house ever since I was 5 so I have developed a strong loving bond for dogs. I have taken care of friends & family/ neighbours dogs whenever needed, whether that be for vacations, overnights or just for walks. I have thoroughly enjoyed looking after these dogs in the past and love spoiling them with lots of cuddles. I hope to make dog walking my career in the near future, but as for now, it will have to be a part-time job since I currently work full time. A little bit about myself… I graduated last year with an Accounting degree and was fortunate enough to start in an accounting department in the city centre of Glasgow. I work full time, which is 50% in the office & 50% at home ( hybrid). My work are luckily very lenient with the days I choose to come into the office so I can be quite flexible when it comes to dog sitting/ dog walking. I realised quite soon into my current job that the office life wasn’t for me and that I should do something that I love to do, look after dogs! Please don’t hesitate to message me with any questions :)
Reviews
Emily offered to help out with dog walks/ feeds during a period of time when I was temporarily working in the office. She kindly walked my dog on her lunch break and went back to feed her after her shift finished. On top of this, she was so careful and considerate of my dog who sadly has a disability and needs extra love and attention. I can always rely on Emily if anything ever comes up (day or night) and I need a dog sitter.
Emily looked after my dog while I was away on a trip overnight. She sent me lots of pictures and videos of my dog throughout the day which put my mind at ease knowing she was in great hands. Emily was so caring to my dog and even bought her a new toy prior to the overnight. I can’t recommend Emily enough, she is a natural when it comes to dogs!
Emily regularly took ruby for long walks and treated her like her own. She is a very caring and kind person always put Ruby’s needs first. I would recommend emily to anyone who is cares for their dog, they are guaranteed to be in safe hands!

I have a fenced garden and 2 caring & lovable Cavapoochons who just love company! For dog walks - my two dogs would join us on the walk if your pet is comfortable with other dogs.

Information Emily F. would like to know about your pet
Firstly, I would need to know how confident your dog is off the leash and if they have a good recall. I would only ever let a dog of its leash if the owner was absolutely certain that they were fine with it and that the dog’s recall is up to scratch. I would need to know the dogs Dietary restrictions before having the chance to walk/ look after it. I would also need to know how confident the dog is with other dogs as I would like to bring along my own dogs during walks (only if the owner agrees to it). If the dog isn’t confident with other dogs then I would not bring my own. I would also need to know this about the dog so that I would know how to react to passing by dogs when out walking.
A typical day
Firstly, I would take the dogs out a long walk as there are plenty of fun trails near my home which both my dogs absolutely love! I love watching tutorials on how to train dogs to do different tricks & commands to stimulate their brains…meaning I could try teach them some tricks that they don’t already know. I have a big garden where the dogs can run freely, play fetch or many other games. I would make sure to give lots of cuddles and attention once playtime is over.
