Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Emily I am a senior at San Diego State and am a serious dog lover! I am currently am living away from my 2 goofball dogs that are living at my parents house in Torrance, CA, but have my esa here with me in San Diego!! She’s a 2 year old beagle lab mix and loves other dogs! I have volunteered at The Animal Pad rescue in San Diego and have been dog sitting/pet sitting/house sitting since I was a senior in high school! I’ve watched older dogs that need special attention to 1 week old golden retriever puppies that I had to bottle feed and weigh 3 times a day. As a dog sitter I will be giving your pup tons of love and the attention they need while their parents are away. I also live with 4 female roommates who all LOVE dogs as well. I am super flexible and more than willing to work with each family to meet each dog’s individual needs!

I have a fully fenced backyard so I always try to get my pup to spend time outside as much as I can! At the moment I am only looking to dog sit and check in with your pups at your home! I am going to be moving in a month and am just not looking to board at the moment!

I have absolutely no breed preferences I love all dogs! I would just want to know any quirks the dog has and how they get along with other people because I know being in a new environment is not easy for some dogs and I just would love to make them feel as loved and as comfortable as I can!
A typical day
I live in a residential neighborhood off the San Diego State campus so, it’s super nice to take dogs on walks because, there’s never too much traffic! I also love to take my dogs to the dog beach/ local parks and would love to do that with your dogs if that is something you are comfortable with!

I’m currently on summer break so I have plenty of time at the moment to check in on your pets! I will be taking a summer class, but it shouldn’t get in the way of any services.
