I am experienced with all types of dogs from month old puppies to senior dogs with mobility issues. To help me best provide appropriate care for your pet please let me know the following! - Medication requirements. I am confident in providing oral medication or tablets such as metacam as I have cared for my own older dog - Reactivity. If there are any behavioural issues or reactivity please don’t hesitate to let me know - this will not deter me from providing care but allows me to better plan days and walking routes to accommodate your dog and make them as comfortable as possible. I can tailor the home environment for them to have quieter safe spaces set up ready for their arrival. My family rescued a Romanian sheep dog who was very nervous and reactive, but through time and attention she became settled. - Walking Routine. Happy to use slip leads, muzzles or harnesses as experienced with all three. - On or Off Lead. Please inform me of their recall ability - I would never take a dog off the lead until they trusted and knew me and the route but always prefer to know your routine and preference. I am a total dog lover who will enjoy doing whatever your dog likes best. I live a six minute walk from a large park and so long walks in an open green space to be expected. If your dogs prefers to lounge on the outside furniture in the secure garden they can - or curl up on the sofa indoors. My schedule is very flexible so lots of time to play with toys and have cuddles! If they’re a quieter senior dog there’s also plenty of space and separate rooms for them to get cosy in their crate or dog bed and have some quiet time, where they can move between rooms at their leisure. There are no children or other pets in the home so a peaceful environment is guaranteed.
