I am writing this because of the wonderful care you provided for my cockapoo dog, Frank, while I was at work. I was nervous about leaving him in someone else's care. However, I was put at ease as you took the time to get to know Frank and understand his individual needs whilst following instructions I left you, and you made sure to provide him with the love and attention he deserves. Frank had a wonderful time in your care. He loved playing in the garden, going for walks, and cuddling up on the couch. You sent me updates and photos, which was lovely to see whilst I was at work. I am grateful for the care you provided for Frank, you made my time away from him much easier.
