Pet care experience
I’ve been a vet tech for 6 years, prior military (USAF), and have been fostering, as well as pet sitting, for over 10 years. My experience, vast knowledge in animal care, and love for animals makes me the perfect fit for caring for dogs, cats, and even exotic animals! I am currently going to school to pursue my MBA, which is all online, and the work I do is all from home. So, I get to essentially make pet sitting my full-time job and am free every single day to pet sit and walk your furbabies! It is rare that I’m not at home, so all pets are constantly supervised and flourished with love. When I visit others home, I treat everything with respect and ensure that I follow any and all rules that clients implement.

Emily was fantastic! We haven’t had anyone take care of our Frenchie besides my sister for a couple days and were very worried about leaving him for a whole week. Within the first couple days of vacation, all worries were gone. Her Rover cards were informative and the pics were our favorite part of the day. It’s very obvious that she loves what she does. She went above and beyond by not only taking care of our pup but also chatted with my mother who is staying out our house recovering from knee surgery. I know Maverick really enjoyed his time with her because our first night back from vacation he still sat and stared at the door for a long while around the time she had been coming by. We will definitely hire her again, if only so Maverick can see his new friend again.
Emily has been absolutely amazing! Duke has had so much fun hanging out with her wail we have been gone!!❤️ Would 100% recommend her to any animal parent!
Emily was awesome with Julia?. She was on time and cared for Julia (My pup is almost 15 yrs old). Emily left detailed comments about her visits and the cutest pictures. I really appreciate the kindness she showed towards my sr ? pup. ? Thank you!!!
Emily has been great, punctual and reliable, my pets Ella and Henry have enjoyed all of her visits! I would highly recommend Emily for your pet sitting needs, she is wonderful!

I always double check harnesses, leashes, and collars before opening the door for walks. Additionally, I am mindful of when I arrive and leave, as some cats and dogs are known to be dashers. Lastly, if your dog is known to be anxious, weary, or aggressive towards other dogs and/or people, please let me know so I can make our walks as safe as I can!

Please let me know ahead of time of any accommodations I need to make to ensure your pet has a great, but safe time with me! *This includes medications, separation anxiety, dog aggression, food aggression, anxious habits, etc. Also, feel free to share what your pets like/dislike and their typical schedule and routines. That way they can at least have some normality while you are away :)
A typical day
I like to ensure dogs are stimulated, mentally and physically. This means dog parks (if allowed) and/or at least two walks a day, as well as TONS of play time and belly rubs! I always like making sure pets don’t miss their owners too much by giving them as much attention as I can. I try to put myself in the owner’s shoes and I know when I am ever out of town, I miss my dog like crazy. So, I tend to go overboard with pictures, videos, and updates, but I have yet to have any complaints on that! *I send daily updates to owners, with way too many photos, allowing you to relax knowing they’re in great hands and having a blast :)

Availability
I always ask owners to give me insight into what their pet’s routine and schedule typically looks like. From there, I do my best possible to make sure they say on that routine! Do you normally get up at 4am? No problem, I’ll be there! Do you normally let your pup out super later, that’s no an issue at all! Whatever helps your furbabies feel less anxious (studies show pets who stay on their schedule when owners are gone tend to be less anxious)!
