Emily was terrific! She responded quickly to our last-minute, urgent request on Rover to house sit and take care of our cat. Our scheduled sitter had to cancel at the last minute due to illness, so needless to say, I was quite relieved when she responded so quickly. We had a couple of rushed get acquainted and house orientation sessions and then off we went on vacation. During our vacation, she texted updates that often included photos of our fur baby; really reassuring and a very nice gesture for her to do. Upon our return, the house and cat were all in good order, plus she placed the sheets of the bed she used in the laundry room and left us a bouquet of flowers. Wow! I would highly recommend Rover, and Emily, to anyone who is looking for a caring professional to house sit and care for a beloved animal family member when you are away from home.

Emily has been so awesome helping out with Harvey our dog. She is great with her and even when Harvey had an injury and couldn’t walk very far - she still came to give her some needed TLC. We are going to miss having her do her daily walks now that she’s going back to school! But are looking forward to calling her again when she’s on break.
