Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and I love taking care of them and all animals in general! I have gained experience dog (and cat, bunny, and hedgehog) sitting for multiple families over the course of my college career. I will take great care of your doggies and/or kitties and ensure that they have everything that they need while you’re away!

I know how hard it is for pets to be away from their owners, so I will make sure to give them plenty of play and snuggle time (if they enjoy that) while you are away. I frequently go on walks and runs (even in colder weather) and am happy to take them with me if that is something they enjoy. I also have a pet-safe cover on my back seat, so I am able to take them on drives as well!

Let me know if your dog has any allergies or intolerances, or if they are on a diet and need treats to be limited. Also let me know if they have any triggers for aggression (such as if a person or a dog try to approach them while they are on a leash, or if they are possessive of their food, toys, etc.).
A typical day
I love taking the dogs on long walks or runs on the trails, along the canal, or through the park by Winona Lake. I am also happy to practice training skills if they know any to keep their minds stimulated! I have done so with pets in the past.

I am currently a master’s student, but I live off campus and do not have any other jobs. My classes only take up about 6 in-person hours a week, so I will have plenty of time to spend playing with, walking, and taking care of your pets!
