We were very disappointed in the care our dogs received. They are 8 month old puppies and I had explained to Emily when booking that exposure to many other dogs could be upsetting to them. She told me then only her two dogs would be there with her when she kept ours. When we dropped them off, her boyfriend was there, not Emily. This was also true when we picked them up. We never met Emily. Also, we gave Taylor a bag with water dish, toys, treats. When we picked them up he handed it back and said he never got into the bag. Our dogs were there 7 hours. When we arrived he had Baxter next to him. We asked where Murphy (our little one) was and he said behind the couch which was against the wall. I called him and he did not come out. Taylor moved the couch and Murphy (8 lbs.) was shaking and standing in filth. We got our dogs to our vehicle and they were tramatized! They drank and drank and we fed and held them. It was over an hour before they seemed to come around. We actually had given Taylor a$20 tip before we saw Murphy since he kept them an hour longer. I had been in touch with Emily regarding delay via text. This was a very upsetting experience for us and our dogs.

We are so excited to have found Emily. After moving away from family who usually took care of the pup, so grateful to find someone who will treat my dog like family too! Will be using Emily’s services many times over!
