The best therapist has fur & 4 paws

Pet care experience

Animals have been a part of my life since I was little, I’ve always been an animal lover. I’ve always wanted to be a vet or own a shelter/boarding place to take in and take care of all animals in need.. it’s never too late! I’m just not there yet. I’ve dealt with so many different breeds, ages, sizes, and energy levels that I understand what is coming! Of course one of the most important things is understanding personalities and boundaries with each dog and because of that I would love to meet and discuss with you what’s best for your dog because nobody understands them better than you!

Emily is one of the kindest people I know with a love for animals. Emily herself has dogs and it obvious that they are not just a pet they are her fur babies. I would definitely recommend Emily watching your pet because they couldn’t be in better hands and she would love them like her own.

Emily is the biggest animal lover I know! Very caring and loving person all around! I would recommend Emily to anyone who needed a babysitter, and not just for dogs! ;)

Emily is a dog whisperer. She enjoys the time that she spends in the company of her fur babies and is enormously patient with them. I would definitely recommend Emily to a friend or family member as someone that they can trust with their fur baby also. Not only would the physical needs and safety be met but their loved pet wouldn’t feel alone or a lack of love when in her care 💕

Emily is great with all animals. She has watched our dogs before and did a great job. She treated them like her own. Emily is great at communicating with people and goes above and beyond for the care of any animals she has.

When it comes to my home I have a fenced outdoor area attached to a dog shed, I have leads they can run on, I have training collars I can use for more excessive running, I have kennels they can be put in both indoor and outdoor, and I also have an indoor “dog room” for large free roaming. I make sure to accommodate all options in case there are pups who don’t get along, or for dogs who rather be alone. I have swimming pools available for all day swims, shade, and plenty of bones and toys! With the numerous options I have to care for each personality I would love for you to view all my options and let me know what you believe works best for your pup! Now when it comes to visits inside your home, I will treat it with respect! I will be looking around briefly to see if there’s a possibility of an accident and in that case it will be cleaned up ASAP. I also will make sure there is plenty of access to food, water, toys, or whatever it is that desired to be set up for your pup before I leave!

Information Emily C. would like to know about your pet

Of course if there is aggression i need to know it upfront. That’s the biggest thing because i have a newborn, cats, and have 3 dogs of my own. There are so many safety measures needed in place to make sure nothing happens to any of them. My dogs are all very friendly, but of course even the friendliest dogs might not get along so I am always aware of that possibility and account for all behaviors including mine. Your dogs safety is just as important as mine! So again I would need to know of any behavioral problems, aggression towards humans, food, or animals, personalities to be aware of such as being a “runner”, any meds needed, any injuries to be aware of, or any other special care.

A typical day

I have plenty of toys, bones, and kongs for individual stimulation. I have a fenced area for free running, I have a pool for all day swimming, and other dogs to enjoy the day with! Depending on how long your dog is with us we can make trips to the dog park, go for walks outside of the yard, and go for car rides!

I am working part time because I now have a toddler, so I currently have more time on my hands than I’m used to! I also have plenty of animals of my own who get attention and care all day!
