Hello! I am an experienced dog sitter with pets of my own as well. I have a dog and two cats. I have also house/dog sat for people all around my neighborhood, and I’ve been doing that for about 5 years now. I love the outdoors and I enjoy taking my dog for walks and hikes! I welcome animals of all shapes, sizes and personalities. An interesting fact about me is that I have trained my kitten to go for walks! This took lots of time and patience, and lots of treats (of course!). I look forward to meeting and taking care of your pets!

Emily was a great dog sitter! I am picky when it comes to picking a dog sitter but i'm glad I chose her. She's reliable, professional, easy going, and best of all, my puppy loved her! Came back and the place was clean, my puppy was happy, so I was happy! I will definitely be contacting Emily again, and would strongly recommend her to anyone.
Emily was by far the best dog sitter I have had. She has been watching my frenchie, Yoda, for the past couple years and I am so grateful. She always cleans up after him, takes him on walks, and gives me updates on him. I always come home to a clean home and a happy and well-taken care of pup. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a loving responsible dog sitter.

Emily watched my 5 year old lab, Bella, and was very good with her. She is a sensitive dog and Emily understood that and was great with her! Bella enjoys seeing Emily and I would trust her to take care of my dog any day.

I do not have any pets in my home currently, my cats and dog are at my parents house in Washington state (where I am from!) while I am attending school in Rapid City. I live in an apartment that does have a nice yard, but no fence, so I would keep dogs on a leash at all times at my house.

A typical day
I have a great neighborhood for walks, so I would walk your dog around my neighborhood or take them to the park close to me. I also love going on hikes, so I would take your dog with me!

Availability
I am a nursing student, so I have this summer off of school. This summer I will be working at the hospital, but I get to schedule myself, so with ample notice, I have plenty of time to watch your pets! When I am not working I am usually at home or on a hike.
