Emily is a very nice young lady with a gentleness about her that was the right temperament for our puppy. We especially appreciated those traits because he's a needy puppy uncomfortable in new surroundings! Emily was a calming presence. We also appreciate her flexibility. I had a last minute request to access an online training session for work and Emily didn't hesitate to agree to change our scheduled time and help out. Emily is responsible. She is someone who will help you out if work gets in the way and you can trust your dog will be well taken care of.
