Pet care experience
I have been around animals my entire life. I grew up on a farm with several barn animals along with dogs and cats. I worked as a vet tech during the summer in high school and I’ve volunteered at shelters my whole life. All the animals I’ve owned have been rescues so patience is my speciality. I have my home, with an almost fully fenced in yard so dogs will have endless room to run! I also own a dog and cat who will welcome your fur baby with open arms!

Emily was wonderful! She’s a great communicator and follows instructions. Even though my cats didn’t come out to see her, I knew Emily was taking good care of them. This was my first time using Emily as a pet sitter for daily visits and I would not hesitate to hire Emily again.
Emily was so patient and caring with my ‘lil boy, Charli. He’s never been away from home before but she made him feel so welcome and loved!!! She is absolutely amazing!!! 🐶❤️🐾
Emily did a great job caring for my pup while I was on spring break vacation. Her communication was timely, friendly, and clear. She provided complete information on what to expect while my pup was in her care- there was no second guessing and everything she said she followed through on. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

A typical day
We will spend lots of time in the backyard playing fetch and soaking up the sun in the nice days. I have a kiddie pool for warm summer days. I also have room indoors where we can continue to play fetch or nap time on the couch.

Availability
I work from home full time with a flexible schedule. I’m available to take as many walks and potty breaks as needed. Lunch hour is usually spent playing in the backyard! This also allows time for me to do drop in visits at any time due to work being flexible.
