I've grown up with mainly large and medium dogs (Belgian Malinois, Golden Retrievers, Huskies) and have been dog-sitting for neighbors, friends, etc since childhood and have a couple families I still watch dogs for when they leave town. My current situation does not allow me to permanently have a dog in the duplex I am renting, but I miss dogs and would love to expand my dog walking and dog sitting times. I currently work at a small biotech company in Cleveland, have flexible hours, and can easily leave during lunch and other times to walk and check in on your pet as needed. I have experience with dogs from puppyhood to hospice care, and am willing to meet the needs of you and your dog(s). I have experience with dogs with various backgrounds and behavioral issues - dogs from rescues that have experienced trauma, senior dogs, puppies, dogs that are masters of slipping collars (will use double collar and leash if you have a pet with this skill). My availability is flexible - if weekends, I can house your dog in my home, but if weekdays, I'd prefer that your dog(s) stay in your home for safety and the dog being in a familiar place. For weekday walks and drop-ins, I'd prefer areas that are within 15-20 minutes of University Circle. I will send you updates and pictures during the time you are away, and can help out with things around the house as needed, as well! (plant watering, mail/newspaper, etc)
