This was the only time we’ve ever had a bad experience using Rover.com and the absolute worst experience at the end of our 3 week road trip with our dog. Sox has gone through extensive training since he was a puppy and is a very friendly and extremely well behaved dog. I thought hiring a young college student in the summer would mean she had free time to spend caring for my dog. First she tried locking my indoor dog outside. He jumped the fence and her neighbor found him. Then she claimed that my dog bit her roommate. My dog might have snapped to warn her not to pull him by the collar while trying to force him to eat. She asked me to double her pay if I wanted him to stay, but I refused. So she finally claimed that my dog bit her dog. I’m really not sure what she expected she was getting paid for. When I went to pick him up, within an hour of dropping him off, there were over a hundred young people in her driveway. She simply was not responsible and my dog was a burden for her University of Reno student lifestyle.

Emily texted us pictures of our dog while we were on vacation. It was very nice to see him having a good time. He seemed very calm and happy when we came to pick him up. Thank you Emily.
