Pet care experience
I have had pets ever since I was born (cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gheckos, rats, tortoises and even African land snails!) I've had the pleasure of owning dogs from an Alaskan Malamute to a Jack Russell so I have experience with dogs of all sizes (and personalities!) Kat spends loads of time with Benny (her brother's dog). As you can see from the photos, they have a great bond! We currently have 5 cats, 2 guinea pigs, 2 rats, a tortoise, and are now looking to share our love with your furry friends. Kat loves to take photos of animals, so you can be sure to get lots of updates while you are away! We have got plenty of experience looking after pets on Rover. We have had the pleasure of looking after a range of dogs, from a cheeky Daschund puppy and super energetic Visla, to a gentle giant St. Bernard!

Took my Shiba Inu out for his first group walk! I knew my dogs comfort and safety was at the fore front of Emily’s mind. My dog isn’t the easiest so their patience I know would have been tested! But lovely feedback and so accommodating to dropping my boy off when he had had enough
Both dog sat in my home for the day with my Shiba Inu, and gave him delightful walks. Great reporting on all his toilet behaviour! And plenty of wonderful photos - I will always use for dog sitting and walking :)

Just let us know your pet's requirements and we will cater to them. Dogs: When we walk your dog we won't take them off the lead unless we are in a safe area - and if they are not an 'off the lead' dog we won't take them off at all! We will always walk your dog solo, however if you are interested in having your dog walked with other dogs just drop us a message. We also have lots of experience of looking after energetic puppies who have strict schedules and training commands, so we can cater to this too if needed! Cats: We appreciate that some cats like to be near you but not petted and we absolutely respect that. Just let us know.

A typical day
We love taking dogs out on walks to lots of different places so they can get lots of new smells. If your dog is up for it, we would also love to play with them at home (Kat is a particular fan of tug of war!)

Collectively, Kat and I have 15 years experience working in schools. But in July 2023, we handed in our notices to go travelling and since we've been back we've been caring for pets pretty much non-stop (and loving it!) We are available to look after your pets during the day, evening, weekends, and overnight! Just check our calender or pop us a message 😊
