Pet care experience
I have worked with and owned many different types of animals all of my life including dogs, cats, horses, pigs, guinea pigs, and hamsters. I have worked at a stables caring for horses and other animals since I was 12 years old. My family has had dogs and cats for many years and I often petsit for friends and family. I have particular experience caring for a variety of types of dogs, including those that can be aggressive with other dogs or those that are especially excitable!

Emily was wonderful! We were quite nervous initially having drop ins, but she was really fantastic with our young puppy. Would definitely ask Emily for drop ins again!
Our dog is an old rescue and can take a while to feel comfortable with people but he immediately warmed to Emily, who was great with him and very gentle. Emily adjusted her services to meet our particular needs, combining dog walking and sitting day care at our home. She is punctual and reliable and most importantly, sensible about our pet's individual needs. We are looking forward to her regularly sitting our dog Ziggy.
Emily did 2 visits for me one at 6am on a Sunday morning (thanks for that) did a great job and kept me informed the whole time would definitely use her again

Every pet is an individual so I like to find out your pet’s favourite things are in advance! This could be favourite toys and walks or any quirks that they have. In order to ensure everyones safety I need to know about your dogs usual behaviour so that I can factor this into our walk or visit.
A typical day
We do a mixture of games and training to keep them mentally stimulated. I also believe it is so important to let them just be dogs and shoes then to have a sniff around and an explore!

I am currently studying for a PhD so my timetable is very flexible and I am able to tailor it around any other commitments that I have. This means that I have lots of time to care for your pet when it suits them best!
