We LOVE Emily! We have, in our house at any one time, between 8 - 10 large dogs and Emily is the pet-sitter we trust the most to love our crew and handle the little bit of chaos that so many dogs can stir up. The most important things for us when we are away is knowing that our dogs are going to be safe, fed, paid attention to, and loved on. We know this is a big job, and it's clear that Emily loves and takes care of our dogs (and all of our other animals too!) like we do. Our dogs are excited to see her, and she really makes an effort to connect with them all- especially the really quirky ones. The relationship she builds with them can't be done by just feeding them and then basically ignoring them the rest of the time. Emily truly spends time with them. Every couple of years we breed a litter of puppies, and Emily has watched over them for us when we had to be away for a couple days. That's not a responsibility I've ever allowed anyone else, and Emily was totally on top of it. We totally trust Emily in our house. Nothing is ever out of place or missing. She takes care of things. Emily is experienced enough to make good judgements about animal care, and yet also knows when she should call or text to clarify things. It allows us to relax when we are away because we know she's got everything under control. We so appreciate her, her hard work, and dedication to the animals in her care!
