Absolutely wonderful. I have never left my 5 year old terrier before, I was really nervous that he would not settle. But after our initial meeting Emily and my dog Charlie got on so well. Emily was kind and welcoming and but us both at ease. I was able to really relax on holiday knowing he was being well looked after. I was sent photos and given regular pupdates on him. I can't thank Emily and her family enough. ❤️
Betty had a wonderful time with Emily and her family. Emily took Betty on lots of adventures, a trip to Starbucks for a Pup Cup, a short train journey, a visit to see Emily's Nan and lots of nice walks. Emily lives in a lovely spot for dog walking, open fields with a stream nearby at the rear of the house. It was the first time Betty had been separated from us, so it was important I found the right person/family for her to stay with. I liked Emily the first time I met her, she is a dog lover and has a passion for what she is doing, I don't think she see's it as a job. Emily is the perfect dog sitter for Betty and me I feel confident that I am leaving my little girl in safe hands. I highly recommend Emily!
Pepper enjoyed her first stay with Emily and her family. They were very patient with her and gave her time to settle in. With Pepper having separation anxiety, I was a little worried about leaving her somewhere new. But didn't need to worry at all as Emily kept me updated throughout her stay. Would definitely recommend Emily & Family to anyone looking for a reliable dog boarders where pooches receive a home from home treatment. Pepper is already forward to her next stay.
