Pet care experience
I've taken care of two family dogs all my life, and now care for two in my own home! I have helped raise two puppies, and cared for many senior dogs. I also dog sit very often for many friends in San Diego and have a great time doing it. Whether it's a walk, dog park, dog beach, quick visit, or an overnight, it's such a joy for me to spend time with animals. Plus, I'm also a humane society volunteer!

We’re so happy that we hired Emily to watch our dogs and our home over Memorial Day weekend! One of our dogs is a puppy who can be a bit of a handful and Emily handled her perfectly with professionalism and a great sense of humor. When we got home, our place was spotless and the dogs were very happy and well cared for. Highly recommend Emily for all of your dog and house sitting needs!

Emily is my roommate and the person I trust the most with my dog, Lady. Any time I go out of town, I have peace of mind that Emily will be a great caretaker, whether that means taking her on two walks a day or making a pillow palette next to her bed (Lady’s favorite!). No one is more of a dog lover than Emily. I highly recommend letting her care for your fur baby!
Emily is the BEST dog sitter I have used! She is super accommodating with my schedule and treats my pup so well. Emily and Juneau love to play and snuggle together - she will also take Juneau for long walks to make sure she gets exercise as she is a very high energy pup. Thanks Em!

A typical day
I love what your pet loves! I love being outside and walking with dogs for their physical and mental health (and my own!). They'll get in their steps and get to smell all the smells. I'm happy to walk in your neighborhood, head to your pup's favorite dog park, or take them somewhere more adventurous like fiesta island or the OB dog beach. I'm also happy to keep a less active dog or cat company, and play all the games inside :)

I am working a flexible, part-time, remote job now so I have lot's of availability to care for your pets! Weekdays are very free for walks & visits!
