Hello! My name is Emily. My husband, Andrew and I, look forward to taking care of your dog(s). Throughout my time in NOVA, I've fostered many dogs in my home. We currently do not have our own dog so its our pleasure to get to spend time loving on yours. Your dog will go on numerous walks with us (please be sure to tell us how your dog does on a leash). We have great trails around our home. I'll be sure to take a picture of your pup on one of our scenic bridges and send to you! We also love to relax at home and get lots of doggie snuggles on the couch. In our home, we have the whole kitchen area and carpeted family room area gated off to keep your pup. They can roam free in this part of the home. We typically will throw a blanket on the couch so they can snuggle up there if they like (see pictures!). Most owners will bring a crate and we definitely prefer that - being in a new home, if we leave for a bit, it's really to ensure their safety. Of course, we can assess that with the needs and personality of each dog. I will never leave your dog outside unattended, even in our backyard, as the fence is not secure. Our fees are as follows: $42 per night per dog $20 additional per night if you have a second dog ** We take up to 2 dogs per night from the same family. If you book with us, your dog or your two dogs will be the only dogs in our home. Overnight stays are for 24 hours. For any dogs that need to picked up later than they were dropped off, we will add an extra $20 for the daytime care. There is an extra fee for holidays/holiday weekends of $10 extra per night per pet. We both work full-time jobs during the work week, however we do have some flexibility with schedules, so please inquire with us and let us know what your needs are. We welcome the opportunity to consider adjusting our schedule to accomdate drop-off/pick-up times, more potty breaks, etc. so that we can keep your pup.
