Hi, my name is Emily, and I have never met an animal I didn’t love. I grew up caring for the 3 horses in my backyard and a menagerie of other animals, including dogs, cats, goats, bunnies, chickens, etc. I was lucky enough to spend 18 wonderful years with my cocker spaniel and currently have an adorable cat as a roommate. I have been relied on by neighbors, friends, and family to help care for, feed, and walk their beloved pets for the past 15 years. I love any opportunity to spend time with animals and have experience with senior and special needs animals, giving medications, and various training techniques. I am also CPR and first aid certified.

It’s never fun leaving your furry friend, but Emily made me feel so comfortable leaving my Millie. She was incredibly communicative and sent me many updates and photos. Would recommend.
In addition to caring for her own dog and horses over the years, Emily has provided excellent dog sitting for other local families and relatives. One local family that traveled frequently, employed Emily to care for their dogs over many years. Her love of animals is always evident when she is around them.
Emily is an amazing pet sitter. She loves all animals and has lots of experience with dogs, cats and horses. She is very responsible and always kept us updated. She is trustworthy and caring. I would highly recommend her.

A typical day
I am happy to play with them in their home as allowed, such as fetch or tug of war. I would love to take them on walks around their neighborhood, or I can take them to McAllister park for longer trails if needed.

I am currently a full time grad student so my schedule is incredibly flexible. I am available anytime Monday through Saturday, as well as Sunday mornings.
