👋Hello and thank you for visiting my profile! I'm a dedicated pet lover with hands-on experience caring for animals. I've raised a cat from a kitten and two puppies to adulthood. I'm a certified dog trainer in BC. I take joy in caring for pets and helping fellow pet parents. You can travel without guilt, knowing they'll have a fantastic time and be well taken care of when they stay with me. ⚠️ Since I regularly host small dogs and have children at my house, I can only accept dogs that are friendly around other dogs and children. 🥰 What You Can Expect: My goal with boarding/daycare services is to create a safe, enjoyable, and comforting environment for your furry family members while you're away. When your dogs stay with me, they become a part of my family, receiving plenty of love and attention. I will respond promptly to your messages and regularly send you photos and videos of your pets. I'll diligently follow all your pet care instructions, adhering to the same routines you maintain at home, including feeding, medications, and training.

During a month long trip, Emilie not only took great care of Gimli and Lego but kept me informed through almost daily emails complete with pictures. I certainly missed my dogs but I didn't worry about them. Emilie allowed me to concentrate on enjoying my vacation without worry. Thanks Emilie.
Thank you for taking care of our dog Leo! We received lots of pictures/updates over the weekend about how he was doing and he definitely had fun! He loves to play, walk, cuddle and Emilie provided all of that for him! Would definitely go back to Emilie in the future if we need a sitter.

🐶Dog-friendly home: Our home is conveniently situated just a 5-minute drive from exit 11 on BC-17 highway. We're also just a 15-minute walk from Cordova Bay beach and within a 10-20 minute walk of local parks and mountains, perfect for adventurous weekend pack walks. Outside, we have a secure fenced-in backyard where the dogs can run and play, or simply explore and sniff around. We closely supervise all play time to ensure the safety and well-being of every pup. Our household includes Osco, a friendly Golden Retriever who gets along well with others, and Loulou, a young and playful Labrador Retriever who loves to engage in fun activities with fellow pups. Please note that we may have multiple dogs staying with us at any given time, so there might be other canine companions during your pup's stay. We carefully manage introductions and interactions between guests to maintain a harmonious environment.

A typical day
I love taking dogs for stimulating walks in our dog-friendly neighborhood, exploring the parks and beaches. For our high-energy pups, I ensure they get at least two walks daily. Plus, we'll have fun with basic obedience training in the backyard for some mental exercise. Smaller dogs get a minimum of one daily walk, with extra outings for potty breaks.

Availability
✅Full-time Availability: I am at home full-time, enabling me to cater to your dog's needs at any time. My partner also works from home most of the time, which means that there's always at least one of us available to look after the dogs. We are flexible and will accommodate any pick-up/drop-off times.
