Pet care experience
I've shared my home with cats for the last 12 years. Currently my roommate and I have 5 cats ranging in ages 1-15 years living in our house.! They are Bill (1yr), Teddy, Bird, Dizzy(all 3yr olds), and Q (our senior). I am comfortable feeding cats, cleaning their litter boxes/messes, playing with, giving pets, and grooming. I am the go to for family and friends when it comes to care for their pets whenever they are away from home. I love caring for felines and have no issues taking care of any messes that might happen. I am also familiar with smaller pets (Guinea pigs, reptiles, fish, spiders). I am not as familiar with dogs but have dog sat for smaller dogs in the past (overnight and walks only). I am comfortable around smaller dogs only. I love senior dogs!

Emilia stayed at our house for 2 weeks while we were abroad. She took such tender and loving care of both of our cats, even our special scaredy-cat boy came out to hang out with her at the end. The house was immaculate, plants were healthy, mail and trash/recycling taken care of. Better yet, she communicated daily with pictures and we were at complete ease while abroad. We will absolutely book with Emilia again, she’s an absolute gem!!
Emilia was very patient with our needy/moody cat while we were away! We got detailed reports and lots of photos every day, so we slept well knowing he was well cared for.
Emilia was so wonderful and attentive to my cat! I really appreciated her numerous pictures and lengthy updates and knew my pet was as happy as possible while I was away. I will definitely be using Emilia for her services again in future and highly recommend her!
Emilia was a great sitter for my cat. My cat needs medication twice a day, and Emilia was on top of it. She is very reliable and communicative. I would definitely book her again!

I can come a couple times a day to provide feeding and litter box cleaning. If your cat is okay with it, I can also do wand toy play and bring some catnip for them to enjoy. We can also use their favorite toys! If your cat prefers quiet hanging out I would love to sit with them and give them pets, brush their fur, or just provide a warm lap. I will always try to meet your cats at their comfort level and not push my presence on them beyond their personal boundaries. Overnight care would happen at your home. I can walk your dog and do two feedings a day. Longer activity time at the dog park would be great if your pup is comfortable with that. Overnight care would definitely have to be at your home.

A typical day
Let's take a walk along the Ohlone trail or Lake Merritt. If the weather is good we can always go splash around Albany Bulb. Let me know your pups favorite spots!

Availability
I am currently working mostly mornings and early afternoons but with a ton of flexibility. I am available for both breakfast and dinner time feedings, enriching play time, and cleanings 2x a day. Also available for overnight care at your home.
