Hey! I am Emilia originally from Moldova and Italy. I have been living in Uk since 2013 and at the moment I live in East London. I am a qualified Kundalini Yoga snd Hatha Yoga teacher I share classes online and in class. I am in love with all living beings and learning every day to be a better human through yoga practice and meditation as well as reading a lot of uplifting books. I am conscious about a healthy mind body and spirit and practice daily early in the morning. I also really enjoy running and playing games with the pets to lift their mood and keep them healthy and active. I had been working on a few farms and I have experience with horses, chickens, cats, dogs, and birds.
