On short notice we were able to book with Emerald for a drop-in visit. Emerald was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Our dog, Mickey, is older with mobility issues. Emerald helped carry him in and out to the bathroom careful to avoid Mickey’s sensitive areas. Emerald was great with Mickey and we highly recommend him!

I've observed Emerald with a multitude of dogs over the last few years (varying in personalities, sizes and level of training) and continue to be amazed every time at the skills he displays in bonding with and being able to shift the behavior of each and every canine. In 2014 while dog sitting for a friend and experiencing difficulty, I called Emerald for help and he promptly arrived to assist. Since then, I have seen him with friends' puppies, training service dogs and caring for dogs as a sitter. He has taught me a great deal about how to interact with dogs in a loving and confident manner, remaining in control and paying attention to subtle signs. I would trust Emerald with any dog!
