I have personal and professional experience with dogs. I have experience with my dog who suffered with medical problems for 8 years. I worked at a known day care center in Manhattan for about a year. Gained professional skills working with dogs, I did overnight, boarding, day care, walking and feedings for dog groups of 15+. I understand proper body language and signals when it comes to puppies, adult, and senior dogs. I am able to help with medications and other special cares needed.

Emely not only took good care of my dog but dealt with a last minute request from my landlord to do a repair in the apartment. She kept my dog calm the whole time.
Emely is the best! She helped stay consistent with our dog’s training while she was watching him and made sure to check with us on dietary preferences before giving him treats.
We can’t thank Emely enough for watching our bitey puppy Graham. She was so good with him! She arrived on time, sent lots of updates and pictures, and was super understanding about our teething baby. She even did leash training with him! Emely is a very responsible puppy sitter and we appreciate her for coming to our home!

During the care of my own dog I was always catious with her because she was a small pup. I always cleaned to make sure she never accidentally consumed something that will upset her. I was also strict with her medication as it was very important to stay on track. Through my experience with my dog and previous day care I worked for, I always ensured safety for the pet, weather it was a small or large dog I always made sure they had a set schedule and boundaries with each other as well as at home. I feel that it is highly important to understand the dogs body language and needs to help build a better relationship with the pup and handler. Working with high energy puppies taught me a lot more patience as well as training skills which I am also able to help provide.

I'd like to be known in advance if a dog may have a treat or not, that includes meaty treats or vegan treats I like to provide during walks or short training sessions. I understand some dogs have sensitive stomachs or allergies as well. If dog is sick or needs medication I MUST know to ensure everyones safety.
A typical day
When it comes to activities or outings my go to are usually calm walks or runs by the pier and park. I used to love doing picnics with my dog so hopefully I get the chance to do one for your pup. I don't enjoy dog parks as they are prone to spread bacteria or ilnesses, as well as dog fights. I like to use a Walking belt strapped onto the leash with double prongs that can attach to the harness and collar for extra security, also incase the dog pulls or gets loose from me. I take a lot of safety precautions.

Availability
I usually start my day around 9 am. I like to keep myself active and busy especially around warm weather. I love being able to include the pet into my day so they can see how life is. Knowing your pet will have a fun time even when you're not there makes anxiety and stress be put at ease.
