Pet care experience
My first "job" was socializing border collie puppies on the ranch where I grew up, until I was promoted to caring for the horses and cattle. I've held short to long term house (and farm) management roles from SF to NYC, I've worked in the restaurant industry, on farms, and as a dog-walker. I take pride in bringing order and brightness to the spaces I occupy and those who I occupy it with, furry friends included!

Emelia was awesome! All 3 of our normal pet sitters were unavailable so finding Emelia was great. The dogs loved her! Communication was great throughout and she stuck to their routine. We came back from a 6 day road trip with our 4 month old back to a clean, orderly house and happy pups. Stress free all around! We would definitely have Emelia pet sit for us again!
We had a last-minute, critical trip out of town and not long to find someone to care for our home and two dogs. Emelia managed to work with most of her schedule so she could help us. (Often bark-y around strangers, both pups were calm with Emelia.)
Emelia was wonderful. She took great care of our dog and home. We are very happy with how everything worked out and would use her again.
Emelia has been caring for my pets for the last 5 years. She has experience with animals ranging from an alpaca to a chinchilla. Most importantly, she is patient, calm, and altogether unfazed by my reactive dog. I would recommend without hesitation her to anyone looking for a pet & house sitter!
