Pet care experience
I have taken care of many breeds and ages of dogs and cats all throughout my life; both pets of my own, and of friends and family. I have two dogs at home in California. A pug mix named Chester, and a Scottie/Yorkie mix, Penny. I am safe and careful and have experience with dogs who are runners. I have cared for senior cats and dogs, specifically blind dogs, deaf dogs, and cats with chronic illnesses.

Emelia took such good care of my cat! She sent detailed updates every day and was quick to respond to messages. She even added an extra day at the last minute when my travel plans changed.

Emelia was great! I always feel bad leaving my little guy alone for a few days but I felt completely at ease with Emelia from her first drop in and knew he was in good hands! She provided great updates & pictures and we came home to a very happy cat ☺️ Will definitely book again.

I am an attentive pet sitter and eager to give love and cuddles to your furry friends. Whether your pets are crate trained or sleep on the bed, I can adapt to your and your pet's needs. I am experienced with giving pets medication whether it be pills, a liquid supplement, or anything else.

What helps me most to keep your pet safe, healthy, happy, and as close to their typical routine as possible is having written instructions for dog-sitting/check-in visits. Whether through the Rover app or on paper, it is incredibly helpful to me and would be much appreciated! Additionally, please let me know if your dog has any special needs or medications. I would also appreciate any general information you can provide on your dog's behavior on walks!
A typical day
I love to go on runs with high-energy dogs, as well as walks with older or less active dogs. I also love just getting to read and cuddle as well. My favorite activities to play with my dogs back home are fetch and tug-o-war with their favorite toys.

I am a college student studying theatre, who calls Santa Barbara, CA home. I work part-time work remotely and will have a flexible schedule with plenty of time and attention to give to your furry friends. I miss my pets at home so much and would love to give your some extra love.
