Our 2yo lab was cared for wonderfully. Emanuela.was patient, kind and obviously loves dogs. The meet and greet, drop off and pickup were all painless and reassured us that Nova was happy in her new environment. Communication was good with regular photos during the stay and painless coordination for drop off and pickup.

I have never felt so comfortable leaving Melody with a stranger. Emanuela and her family were so welcoming and helpful. The communication was constant with updates and pictures. They took Melody’s heath concerns seriously and ensured she was safe and loved her entire stay. I think Melody enjoyed her vacation more than we did! Melody did not want to come home, but I don’t blame her!! Constant love and attention with another beautiful puppy to play with. Thank you for taking such good care of our girl. We are so grateful to you.
