Ema was amazing! I had a bad experience with another cat sitter the first night I was away and Ema came to the rescue. She acted on such a short notice with great professionalism and love to my boy- it saved the day (and my trip). Punctual, caring, followed all the instructions, instinctively knew what to do and how to approach my cat. He felt comfortable with her and i came back to a healthy and happy boy. 5 stars. I have used Ema as a sitter multiple times, and she's been fantastic each time! My cat is like my child, and it's so important to me that sitters and caregivers treat him as well as I do. Ema does just that. There have been little things that make my cat feel comfortable and stimulated (such as following a very specific wet food regimen, staying with him for multiple hours each day when a few 30 minute visits is often considered the standard, etc.), and I'll ask her to do it if she can but say it's not essential, but she goes above and beyond every time. She tells me she has grown up with many cats and dogs all her life and she treats every animal like they're her own. She really seems invested in each animal as an individual being, and she does all she can to respect their needs and preferences. She also sends plenty of pictures so you can see what your little guys are up to! You won't regret using Ema as your sitter!
