I’ll love your pet like my own
Pet care experience
I grew up with my family breeding Dachshunds. So it’s safe to say I’ve been around dogs all my life. My first job was at an animal hospital. I’ve got 4 years of work experience in a clinical setting working with all types of animals. Now I’ve been in human healthcare for 20+ years. I’m comfortable with all breeds and ages of animals. I have experience with giving medications and senior care. My own dog passed away a year ago now, he was 13. He is the reason I do this. I have so much love to give but I am just not ready to get another dog of my own. I do have two cats so I would consider myself well versed in the specific needs of cats. I am just really excited to meet new fur friends and their families. I’m very trustworthy and will treat your pet like my own while in my care.

Overall Elyssa took great care of our two dogs. She gave oral medication as needed, gave them lots of attention and left them happy. She even brought our garbage cans to the curb and back into our garage for trash day! Thank you, Elyssa!

I love keeping your pets mentally and physically stimulated. We will play games and go for walks on a daily basis. If your pet enjoys the dog park we can do that too!

Availability
I work full time 7:30- 5. I can walk your dog in the morning or the evening. I can also stay at your house if the pet would be more comfortable with that. I’m flexible and can work with your schedule!
