Home full time, close to park!
Pet care experience
I love all animals, but have a particular soft spot for dogs. I am a Canadian Phd student studying in Leeds and I have two wonderful dogs back in Canada, a West (10 years old) and a Boarder terrier (3 years old), who I can't wait to get back to after this last year of study. I work from home which means that I can and be at your pet's beck and call. I am close to a park where we can play and happy to go for walks - long or short- whenever needed. On the flip side, for those older dogs who are not keen on going for long walks, I am equally as happy to stay in and cuddle at home. No worries if you have a dog who is a bit nervous or who may have issues with separation as I have previous experience with anxious dogs and happy to accommodate their special needs. Happy to send along updates and pictures throughout your pet's stay. I can assure you that your pet will be treated with the utmost love and care!

Elysia has two beautiful dogs that are currently with her husband in Canada while she is here in Leeds doing her PhD. She misses them so very much that she has all this extra love to share with your pets :)

Anyone would be lucky to have Elysia look after their dogs! I met Liz almost 20 years ago, and since then she has almost always had a dog (or dogs) in her family. Finding herself away from her pups for extended periods of time while she pursues her schooling has been a challenge. As a result, I know she has lots of love to shower your animals with affection! She is responsible, caring and trustworthy and should be your first call when you need someone to care for your dogs the way you would when you can't.
