Pet care experience
I have had pets of my own for over 20 years. I have experience with anything from shih tzu's to pit bulls. I currently have a pure bred husky so I understand the importance of exercise and attention! I have also dealt with dogs from puppy to senior age of various breeds. I am available just about every day, but the hours vary. However, I am willing to do what needs to be done in order for you and your fur babies to be loved, feel safe, and welcomed in my presence. Know your dog(s) will be in the best hands possible when I am taking care of them and stress no more about their well being! I truly believe happy pets are furever friends!

If you’re looking for someone who is responsible, caring, and down to earth, look no further. Elyse, being a mother and a fur-mom, knows the meaning of responsibility. Balancing motherhood and life isn’t an easy task! She always handles the task with a full and caring heart. One time when she went on vacation, she had the daunting task of having to board her princess for a few days. Luckily, they had cameras so she could check in on her fur-baby to make sure she was OK at all times. During one check in, she couldn’t find her pooch on camera.... she immediately called to check in on her, only to be told her princess was enjoying a nice lunch at the moment. Elyse is undeniably one of the most responsible and caring dog sitters you could ever want!

Before taking care of your pet, I am most interested in their temperament. Nothing will turn me away, but I would like to be prepared as some pets are naturally skeptical at first, anxious, or even the opposite; jumpers and lickers!
A typical day
I am willingly to walk the dog wherever the owner feels most comfortable but I have found that quiet roads, back roads, and less congested areas are best especially when getting to know a dog's personality.

Availability
I work full time, so this is something I do after work, on weekends, and holidays. I am also open to doing a "lunch break" drop-in, depending on the location, as I work from home half the week.
