I have always been passionate about dogs, including their training and obedience. I believe a dog must be well balanced to be truly happy. Part of a well balanced dog is regular exercise, mental stimulation, and social interaction. These needs will be satisfied with my services. I provide both drop in and walk services, back-to-back if requested. I have owned and trained dogs for over 15 years, as my first dog was a Siberian Husky it was a steep learning curve! I currently own two dogs, a Black Labrador and a German Shepherd. I plan to title my German Shepherd in Novice Scent Detection soon, and my Black Labrador enjoys practicing agility in my backyard. Both are well balanced dogs who walk loose leash despite any distractions. My walking services include: - (Adult dogs only) A 30 or 60 minute walk at a brisk pace around your neighbourhood (including parks). - (Puppies only): Up to a 20 minute walk, depending on the age of the puppy. This is to protect their soft joints from over exercise and help prevent future expensive vet bills! Puppies will also receive play time at their home and numerous socialization opportunities for the remaining 10 minutes. - Dog bags are provided free of charge. My drop-in services include: - Feeding (if requested) - Potty breaks for dogs and puppies - social interaction and structured play for dogs, puppies, and cats. - For puppies only: one five minute walk around the neighbourhood.
